Yoko and Wednesday would be so sibling core???

Yoko groaned and leaned on Divina's, pouting as Divina sympathetically patted her head.

Wednesday stared at her in disgust. "What is wrong with you today, Tanaka?"

Yoko pulled Divina into her lap, cuddling up to her and putting her head on her girlfriends shoulder. "The school's out of blood and we're not allowed to hunt so we have to wait for more blood from the blood bank."

Wednesday tilted her head slightly, biting her cheek in consideration. "...Huh..."

Yoko stared at her in confusion and slight fear. "What's huh??? What does that mean??? What are you planning???"

"Nothing. Pay attention to your girlfriend."

Divina giggled and crawled out of Yoko's lap, leaving her pouting as she tried to get her teddy bear back, distracted.

Wednesday was planning.

Later

The intercom crackled on. "Um, there has been an anonymous donation of blood... For every type. So thank you our, um, anonymous donor." The principal's voice faded out as the message was done, Yoko quickly standing up and running to the infirmary after a full day without blood.

She missed the proud look in Wednesdays eyes.

Enid and Bianca didn't.

"... girl what did you do??" Bianca stared at her. Divina stopped her staring at her girlfriend to glance over at them, activating her gossip senses and crossing her legs as she tuned into their conversation.

"Nothing, Barclay. I simply made a donation." Wednesday glanced at her newly painted nails (courtesy of Enid) and picked at her cuticles, getting the fresh dirt from last night out.

Enid gently held her hand, hesitating to see if she was comfortable with it before scooting closer to her. "Willa, where exactly did you get all the blood?"

Wednesday paused, considering the least concerning answer. "... Some generous people offered to donate their blood."

Bianca snorted. "Donated? More like stood too close to you so you decided they were volunteers to bleed out."

Wednesday shook her hand in a so-so gesture.

Divina followed Bianca's lead and snorted.

Yoko reappeared, happily sipping a blood bag.

"Nothing."

"The morals of cannibalism." Bianca and Wednesday spoke at the same time. The rest of their turned to Wednesday.

"What the fuck Wednesday?"

"Addams. What was that."

"Willa when was the last time you spoke to your therapist?" Yoko, Bianca and Enid spoke respectively while Divina broke down laughing.

Wednesday put her head down on the table and grumbled "God forbid I make a joke..." Yoko raised an eyebrow but shrugged, going back to finishing her blood bag. She wiped the blood off of her face and grinned.

"Wednesdayyyyy, did you donate blood for me?" Yoko teased randomly.

"...what?" Wednesday lifted her head up, staring at her.

"One of the blood types was your blood. Was that not-? Did you not-? Did you not get blood drawn and donate it to the school?" Yoko stammered to explain, watching as their heads slowly turned to Wednesday.

"Babe. Did you donate your own blood? I thought you just donated others blood! Are you ok, are you hurt, are you..." Enid trailed off and pouted at her as Yoko stared in confusion.

"What's happening?" Divina sighed and patted Yoko's hand.

"Wednesday donated all of the blood, not just her own."

"Oh. Oh? OH! I... Should've expected that, to be honest."

Wednesday rolled her eyes as a laugh track played in the background and the screen faded to black.

Oshtomi anjali was at 5:30 a.m. today. Here is how I, an extremely normal and well-adjusted individual with a perfect meal and sleep schedule, dealt with it.

First, I did not sleep all day yesterday, not even the regular afternoon nap, deciding that I'd go to bed early. Predictably, I finished dinner at 1 in the morning and then realised I would never manage to wake up if I went to bed right then. So I stayed up the whole night, and went to give anjali, and then returned and passed out at 7 a.m. Then I woke up at 2 in the afternoon, got lunch, and now I'm ready to sleep again. I'm doing amazing😄🥰

I'm finally watching 4th season of The Dragon Prince and i've just finished the first episode, so here are some thoughts:

In hindsight setting up surprise dance with fire whips for your girlfriend when she is a general used to beating everyone's ass is not the smartest idea

When the show got new opening to represent change in the story

When the show mirrors old scenes but with different characters and circumstances

Callum's impression of Elves of the Blood Earth was quite spot on, actually

I still cringe about half of the time they have social interactions, but that's entirely on me

it's not like jay cares about the opening mic much, but a bunch of people are getting all up in arms about it so there's no way he isn't participating for himself ( so maybe he cares a little, but that's not what's important ). they say it's a good way to showcase talents and skills; the only good point in defense of the opening mic event.

there's no harm in trying it out, jay supposes.

most people are going along with the theme of winter and the holidays. jay has never been one to follow the majority, so he decides to be funny instead; there's no point if he doesn't mess with the norm a little bit. keep people on their toes, let no one relax and stay attuned with the christmas vibes of everything going on ( he's just justifying the fact that he wants to be a menace ).

wasn't the holiday right before christmas, the halloween? yeah, that sounds about right—the perfect juxtaposition to the cheery vibes being shoved down his throat today. he racks his brain for a remix he has stored in the back of his head, finding just the right one for the occasion. something a mix of rock and metal, instead of the usual carols.

he sets off for the stage with his electric guitar once he submitted the music to the staff, keeping his introduction short. "i'm jay, hope you like what you hear." and if not, it doesn't matter to me either.

the music starts, his fingers move, his lips part. once again, he loses his bearings to the performance—unable to control the jitters on his skin as the song blares against the speakers. it's probably louder than the christmas songs being played earlier, ringing in his ears; but it's a nice sensation. to jay, anyways. not sure about anyone else.

this is fun, he can do this all day—lately, it's the only time he feels alive; when he sings his heart out until his throat stings, when he strums his guitar to the point his muscles burn.

eventually, the song ends. he's almost sweating by the end of it, exerting his body during every beat. but it was worth it.

( he gets off the stage not knowing the one he had been dreaming of reaching was listening in the entire time ).

And there's also the possibility of him going to sleep still in uniform and with the shoes on; just to not waste precious mmorps hours. I really hope they went with the most absurd option

I think you're 100% correct about those being the options, but after Rook in his little Dickens cosplay I couldn't honestly say which one is more likely. like...if they're going to put anyone in a onesie...
